TapakNusa supplies bulk Indonesian spices — white and black pepper, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, galangal, long pepper and ginger — processed through our Central Java mill network, operational since 1996. Every line is cleaned, graded and packed against the written specifications in our datasheet (October 2026): moisture ceilings per product, volatile oil content, screen sizes and colour standards. Industrial parameters — moisture, admixture, volatile oil, mesh and optional fumigation — are stated per lot, and lab results decide fit before we quote. MOQ starts at 100 kg trial lots and scales to LCL and container volumes; shipments load FOB or CIF at Tanjung Emas (IDSRG) or Tanjung Priok (IDJKT) with phytosanitary certificate and Certificate of Origin. Destination limits (for example EU aflatoxin checks) are confirmed before quoting — compliance is kept separate from quality promises. Compliance — confirmed before quoting
Destination limits decide feasibility, and we keep that separate from quality promises:
- Destination limits first. EU aflatoxin thresholds, pesticide MRLs and treatment requirements are checked against your market before we quote — not after.
- Lab results per lot. Fit is decided by the lot's lab results against those limits; a lot that does not pass is not offered.
- Treatment when required. Steam sterilization or fumigation can be coordinated where the destination market requires it — cost and availability confirmed per order.
- Your surveyor is welcome. Appoint third-party inspection at loading from trial lots upward, by agreement in the contract.
