Inside the process

Washed, graded and vacuum-packed before anything is booked — the same handling whether you order a sample or a container.

Our farms — where the leaves actually come from

Our sourcing network in Indonesia — the canopy your leaves grow under, and the leaf that gets cut, sorted and packed. Illustrated for now; real photography is in progress.

"You're new. Why risk a container with you?"

Fair question. The protections are structural, not promises:

Questions buyers ask first

What is your minimum order?

Banana leaves: trial lots from ~100 kg by LCL after a sample round. As the catalog grows, each product page states its own MOQ.

Can we get samples first?

Yes. Sample lots ship after a short call so we send the right grade; no charge for the product, courier at cost.

Which documents come with a shipment?

Invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate for fresh produce; plus lab COA wherever a spec requires one.

Are you halal/FDA certified?

Fresh produce generally doesn't require halal or FDA registration for most destinations. When we add processed-food lines, halal and BPOM status is confirmed per SKU during 2026; we never claim certificates we don't hold yet.

What are your payment terms?

Standard TT 30/70; LC considered once we've shipped together. Final terms always live in a signed contract.
