Trust is a document trail.
Every claim on this site maps to a paper you can hold. Here's the system:
How we keep lots honest
Banana leaves — per-lot checks
Every lot is graded by physical spec and recorded on the COA: leaf length (export grade ≥100 cm), tear check (pass/fail), freshness state (fresh, full green), cleanliness (free of visible foreign matter), variety stated per lot, and pack weights (vacuum 1 kg packs). The COA is shared with every quotation.
Your inspector, our cost to host
Appoint SGS / Bureau Veritas / Intertek or bring your own surveyor during loading — from LCL trial lots upward, by agreement in the contract. We never make supervision a promise we haven't written down.
Certifications — honest status
Halal: in progress per SKU (self-declare scheme). Organic/FT: quoted only when a certified lot is actually secured. We never sell uncertified as certified.
Future lines — testing when they launch
Coffee and spice lines are in supplier verification, not yet offered. When each goes live, its per-lot testing regime is published here first: coffee (moisture meter reading + defect count per 350 g, SCA protocol + screen analysis) and spices (density, extraneous matter; steam-treatment certificates when applied).
Export document pack
If any document we promise is missing at booking, your deposit is refundable before vessel departure. This refund clause will be included in every sales contract draft we send.
Formats you can check before ordering: our COA template · banana leaves spec sheet · the product page. A current, filled COA accompanies every quotation. Deeper context: what importers ask before their first banana leaf order.
