Our Certificate of Analysis — format

This is the template of the COA that accompanies our quotations and shipments — so you know exactly what a lot's paperwork will look like before you order. An actual COA is issued per lot, signed by the responsible person, with the laboratory name and report number you can verify. This page is not a test result.

Identification blockExporter (TapakNusa) · product & variety · lot code · HS code · harvest/production date · net weight · packing date · destination
Results blockMeasured values per the table below — every lot, recorded, shared with the quote
Verification blockTested by (in-house meter / third-party lab) · report number · issue date · signed by (name & role)
Cross-check ruleLot code, weight and date must match the invoice, packing list and B/L exactly — consistency across the document set is part of the quality claim
